Built on Real Finance Experience
We started zirelavontiqo in 2019 because corporate finance education felt too disconnected from actual analyst work. After years in investment banking and corporate treasury, we knew there had to be a better way to prepare people for what they'd actually face on the job.
The Gap We Noticed
Most finance courses teach theory without context. Students learn formulas but don't understand when to apply them or how to present findings to stakeholders who care more about business impact than calculations.
We saw talented graduates struggle in their first analyst roles — not because they lacked intelligence, but because their training hadn't prepared them for real corporate environments. That disconnect bothered us enough to do something about it.
So we built programs that mirror actual analyst workflows. Our materials come from real projects we've worked on, real challenges we've solved, and real mistakes we've learned from along the way.
What Drives Our Approach
Every module we create starts with a question: would this have helped us when we were starting out? If not, it doesn't make the cut.
We focus on practical application over academic perfection. Financial modelling matters most when it informs actual business decisions, and that's where we put our energy.
And we keep updating our content based on how corporate finance evolves. The methods that worked in 2019 aren't always the best fit for 2025, and our programs reflect that reality.
How We Work
These principles guide everything we build and teach at zirelavontiqo.
Context Over Content
We don't just explain what financial tools do — we show when to use them, why they matter, and how to adapt them when conditions change. Understanding context makes the difference between following steps and actually solving problems.
Real-World Standards
Our training materials come from actual corporate finance work. You'll analyse scenarios that mirror real company situations, use data structures you'd encounter on the job, and present findings the way stakeholders expect to see them.
Honest Feedback
We tell you what's working and what needs improvement — no sugar-coating. Corporate finance rewards accuracy and clear thinking, so our feedback reflects that. You'll know exactly where you stand and what to focus on next.
Who Runs zirelavontiqo
We're a small team with extensive backgrounds in corporate finance and education. Between us, we've worked in investment banking, corporate treasury, financial planning, and analyst training across Australia and internationally.
Cleo Morven
Director of AnalyticsCleo spent eight years in investment banking before moving into education. She specialises in financial modelling for M&A and capital structure analysis. Her courses focus on building models that actually get used in decision-making, not just academic exercises.
Saskia Hendrix
Lead Finance EducatorSaskia comes from corporate treasury and FP&A roles at multinational companies. She designs our curriculum around practical analyst skills — scenario planning, variance analysis, and presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders who need to make strategic decisions.
Learning That Prepares You for Actual Work
Our programs run from six months to a year, giving you time to build real competence rather than superficial familiarity. You'll work through case studies based on actual corporate scenarios, receive detailed feedback on your analysis, and learn to communicate findings effectively.
We focus on the skills that matter most in analyst roles: building reliable financial models, analysing data to uncover meaningful insights, and presenting recommendations that stakeholders can act on. Our next cohort starts in September 2025.
If you're serious about corporate finance and want training that reflects real analyst work, we'd be happy to discuss whether zirelavontiqo might be a good fit for your goals.
